Take Care of Your Heart: Sparking Healing from Within
Supporting others starts with supporting yourself. This November, Thriving Together NCW hosted the Recovery Coach Retreat: Take Care of Your Heart, a transformative event for recovery coaches and certified peer counselors in our region. From breathing exercises to mask-making, participants engaged in powerful practices that fostered self-compassion, healing, and renewal.
