Coalitions for Health Improvement (CHI) play a critical role when it comes to increasing cross-sector connections, conversations, and planning at the local county level.
CHIs operate in each Local Health Jurisdiction (Chelan-Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan) and include members of the community who care about improving whole person health.

Because Thriving Together NCW works to convene partners across four counties, working with the CHIs is an important step in our process for learning about the health issues and concerns present in each county. By collaborating with the CHIs, we can better understand the mutual, shared health goals across North Central Washington and develop strategies to drive positive change.
